We took the basic room first day which was in the old wing so the room was quite old but very spacious. The staff was nice . We took an upgraded room for next day which was much nicer and newer but still had a palace vibe. Nice area to walk around as well.

Lovely place, dog friendly and perfect for walks. Amazing views, beautiful buildings where you can feel the history. Best sleep so far on our roadtrip. Would have loved to stay a couple of days, we only stayed the night.

This hotel located about 10-15 min drive from Goslar, it is absolutely charming place. It is old monastery with own brewery and distillery. Grounds are great for walking or cycling. Breakfast was great with sitting in and outside. We have felt in love with this place. I would highly recommend it.

Wonderful place! The hotel is located in the previous ancient monastery, has great views and a big territory. There are a restaurant, liquor production, a field with plants, a small zoo with roe deer, bees and chickens. The staff was very helpful and friendly, we arrived after the check-in time, but our key was waiting for us in a code-box. The room was comfortable, clean and big enough for two. Breakfast was rich and mega tasty. We will definitely come back!

Beautiful building in a very quiet area. Monastery grounds with a chapel, a herb garden, distillery. Lovely for walks with a pet. Sufficient parking. Nice, little room, with everything you may need. The breakfast was delicious. Nice little restaurant for dinner. My dog loved it and so did we. Extra point- there was a wedding on the night of our stay, and we did not hear anything in the rooms. Total peacefulness.

Amazing and cozy hotel with a lot of atmosphere and history. The surroundings are beautiful and there is a trail of almost 5 km on the hotel grounds which we enjoyed walking. We loved our stay and will be back :-)

Rooms are in old monastery with long coridors and an old church connected. Nice experience.

Beautiful place! The room was very nice, very good breakfast, helpful staff. The restaurant had very good food and very serviceminded staff. We will be back for shure.
